Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB™) certification focuses on testing learners on their comprehensive understanding of the various Six Sigma tools and techniques in conjunction with Lean.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
This course looks to equip Learners with a standardized approach to problem-solving for the purpose of identifying and eliminating non-value-adding activities in an organization’s business process end-to-end.
